Mt. Prospect flu clinic Oct. 6
The Village of Mount Prospect Human Services Department will administer seasonal flu vaccinations 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 6 or until supplies are depleted, at Village Hall Community Center, 50 S. Emerson, Mount Prospect.
No appointments necessary. Seniors who have Medicare A and B will not be charged, but must bring their Medicare and supplemental insurance cards. Individuals with Medicare HMO, Railroad Retirement, or who are under 65 and do not have Medicare, will be charged $20. Shots are available to anyone 18 years of age and over with some exceptions.
