Financial firms merge

MOUNT PROSPECT - APC Financial Group Ltd., 209 S. Main St., Mount Prospect, announces the purchase of the accounting and financial advisory services of Paul A. Dominik & Co., 1150 W. Northwest Hwy., Mount Prospect.

Effective Sept. 1, the merged staffs of the two organizations will consolidate operations at the former Paul A. Dominik office under the name APC Financial Group Ltd. Dominik, who had founded his practice in 1982, died May 18.

Anthony P. Canonaco, a Mount Prospect resident and registered Certified Public Accountant in Illinois for 18 years, founded APC Financial in 1992.

He will lead the merged organization.
