Summer Fruit Fondue

8 ounces cream cheese (not fat free), at room temperature#8531; cup, plus 3 tablespoons honey divided2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)#188; cup hot water5-6 large ripe peaches or nectarines, peeled and slicedIn medium bowl beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup honey until smooth; scrape bowl well. Add lemon juice and hot water. Mix on low speed 30 seconds until combined; scrape bowl well. Taste for sweetness; add additional honey if desired.Pour fondue into large shallow serving bowl. Drizzle remaining 3 tablespoons honey over top and gently swirl to create design. Do not completely mix.
