Elginbull; Terry L. Phillips, 29, of the 700 block of Strom Drive, West Dundee, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, after police found between one and 15 grams of crack cocaine in his car during a Thursday traffic stop, police said. Police also discovered a digital scale and various plastic bags, police said. Phillips' bail was set at $25,000 and he is due in court Wednesday, Aug. 11, at the Kane County Judicial Center. Phillips had initially been pulled over for erratic driving on Big Timber Road, police said.bull; Glenn L. Gordeck, 57, of the 600 block of Columbia Avenue, Elgin, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 2:55 p.m. Thursday at Newsome Park, 270 Kimball St., reports said. An officer approached several people at the park and noticed Gordeck stuffing something in his sock, which was 2.5 grams of cannabis and a pipe, reports said.
