• Hewitt Associates Inc (HEW US) was downgraded to "Neutral" from "Outperform" at Robert Baird by equity analyst Mark Marcon. The 12-month target price is $50.00 per share. Hewitt is based in Lincolnshire.

• Innerworkings Inc (INWK US) was raised to "Hold" from "Underperform" at Jefferies by equity analyst Youssef Squali. The 12-month target price is $6.50 per share. Innerworkings is based in Chicago.
