Pair charged in alleged drug ring at Naperville auto shop
A monthlong investigation into cannabis and cocaine trafficking at a Naperville auto repair shop has resulted in felony charges against the owner.
Police on Tuesday said they recovered undisclosed amounts of cannabis, cocaine, grinders, and packaging while executing a search warrant Friday on the property. A shotgun also was recovered from the apartment area above Priz Auto, 31W340 91st St.
Police had received information regarding suspected cannabis trafficking at the address leading to the search warrant being signed through Will County. Prior to the execution of the search warrant, Holly Stadnicki, 32, of Bolingbrook, was arrested after it was determined she had purchased a quantity of cannabis from Thomas Priz, police said.
Priz is charged with possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, possession of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance. Stadnicki has been charged with possession of cannabis.
