Kirk's stance on environment now even more crucial

With the giant oil spill still devastating the Gulf Coast, it's important to remember the critical role experience will play in Illinois' U.S. Senate race. Mark Kirk has been working since 2000 to protect Lake Michigan and the Great Lakes through legislation in Congress. He recently proposed his commitment to banning all sewage dumping in the Great Lakes and has been called the "greenest Republican in Congress." Kirk is someone we can count on to continue to help protect the environment if we elect him to the U.S. Senate.
