Centegra offers skin screenings:The Road to Healthy Skin Bus will stop at the Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center in Huntley from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today. The bus will have free skin screenings, sunscreen samples and information about the risks of sun exposure and how to protect yourself. The fitness center is at 10450 Algonquin Road. One special raffle item for $25 per ticket is an autographed Patrick Kane Blackhawks jersey. You need not be present to win the jersey. He ordered Kelli's Cuckoo Nest to pay $750, plus attorney's costs, for selling packaged alcohol to a patron in May. The same punishment applies to Smokey's Tobacco Shop, which Kierna determined sold a pack of cigarettes to a minor during an undercover compliance check in May. Smokey's had a similar violation within the past 90 days. Additional punishment could include a license suspension or revocation, Kierna said.Golf, tennis for ECC charity:The 12th annual Elgin Community College Foundation Golf Classic will be held on Monday, June 21, at the St. Charles Country Club, 1250 Country Club Road, St. Charles. Events go toward the ECC Foundation's annual fund, which provides support for college programs and students trips, athletic department programs and the Early Childhood Lab School. The event begins at 7:30 a.m. registration for 8 a.m. golf. Afternoon golf begins at noon. This year, a tennis tournament will be held and registration for that begins at 11 a.m. with matches at noon. Cocktails and appetizers will be served at 5 p.m. with dinner and a live auction at 6 p.m. The cost is $150 per golfer for the morning round and $325 for the afternoon round. Tennis is $100 per person. Those who don't play golf or tennis my attend lunch for $25 or dinner for $60.
