Benet grad wins pro boxing debut

Wheaton native Mike Lee's professional boxing career is off to a good start.

The 2005 Benet Academy graduate won his pro debut over the weekend in Chicago with a four-round unanimous decision over Emmitt Woods.

Fighting in the light-heavyweight division, Lee won 40-36 on each of the judge's cards.

The 22-year-old said the bout was "a dream come true." Lee's next fight is scheduled for July 24 in Las Vegas.
