No outrage at Pagano's vacation?
Yes, we are all rightfully upset that Metra Director Phil Pagano misused his position to help himself to large sums of money. But where is the outrage at his 11 weeks of vacation?
All government employees' vacation time should be capped at some far smaller number, regardless of number of years served. Isn't something like 4-6 weeks tops reasonable?
