History shows we've done this before

Why are so many people upset about what Arizona is doing?

Back during the Great Depression, President Herbert Hoover deported all the illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens in desperate need of work.

President Harry Truman deported more than 2 million illegal aliens of multiple nationalities after World War II to create jobs for returning veterans.

Then again, after the Korean conflict in 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported 13 million illegal aliens (it took two years). It was done so World War II and Korean veterans would have a better chance at jobs.

Now, if we had some real leadership with intestinal fortitude it could be done again today.
