Cowboys sign ex-Bears TE Brock

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Tight end Kevin Brock has signed with the Dallas Cowboys a day after being released by the Chicago Bears.

Terms were not released Wednesday.

Brock last year signed with Carolina as a rookie free agent, but was cut at the end of training camp.

The former Rutgers star joined the New York Jets, but was released Sept. 6. Brock then made the Pittsburgh practice squad until early November. He signed with the Chicago Bears on Jan. 4, then was released Tuesday.
