Roselle Road, and charged with retail theft. According to reports, Koutlemanis took 16 half-gallon bottles of milk, two skin care creams, and four reusable bags valued at $140 without paying. His court date is May 24.bull; Vandals spray painted graffiti with black paint on the west wall at Lakeview School, 615 Lakeview Lane, between 3 p.m. May 7 and 8 a.m. May 10. Damage was estimated at $200.
