One of McHenry Co.'s most wanted nabbed in Georgia

A former Island Lake man featured on the McHenry County Sheriff's Top Ten Most Wanted list has been captured in Georgia.

Brian James Horne, 37, was arrested Friday by members of the U.S. Marshals Service in Milledgeville, Ga., after sheriff's police received information on his whereabouts.

Horne was wanted on numerous charges in McHenry County, including unlawful restraint and domestic battery allegations stemming from a February incident in Island Lake.

He also is wanted on a contempt of court warrant in Lake County and a parole violation in Wisconsin.

Arrangements are being made for his return, sheriff's police said.
