Cary toddler hospitalized after fall from second-story window
A 2-year-old boy remains hospitalized at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital Tuesday morning after falling from a second-story window Monday evening.
Officials from the Cary Fire Department responded to 314 Park Ave., Cary at about 6:10 p.m. and found the child on the ground outside the window.
Officials said the child landed on his head, but were unsure if he landed on concrete or on grass.
The child was listed in good condition at the scene, but was taken by a Flight For Life helicopter to Lutheran General as a precautionary measure.
Officials contacted Tuesday morning did not have a status update Tuesday morning.
Cary Police are still investigating the incident.
