11 arrested at party in Arlington Heights motel room

After receiving a report of a loud party, Arlington Heights police arrested 11 people in a guest room at Motel 6, 441 W. Algonquin Road, around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

The police report said people at the party disturbed other guests by pounding on guest room doors. They then refused to open their door and swore at officers, the report said.

Charged with criminal trespass were Johnny A. Silva, 21, of the 1100 block of Mercury, Schaumburg; Jose L. Marron, 22, of the 2400 block of Algonquin Road, Rolling Meadows; Alexander Hart, 20, of the 2400 block of West Dugdale, Waukegan; Pablo J. Aguilar, 24, of the 2200 block of Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows. Georgiy G. Shubitidz, 24, of the 600 block of Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, was charged with criminal trespass, resisting a peace officer and aggravated assault.

Francisco Gonzalez, 22, of the 5500 block of Court A, Hanover Park, was charged with criminal trespass and resisting a peace officer. Darnell Walker, 22, of the 1700 block of West Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, was charged with criminal trespass and contributing to the delinquency of a minor because he rented the room.

Three 16-year-old boys were charged with curfew violations; one 17-year-old girl and one of the 16-year-old boys were charged with local ordinance consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Their court date is June 3.
