South Elgin wins Oswego East Tournament: The Storm came out on top at the Oswego East Tournament as they posted 5 straight victories to win first place. They defeated Plainfield East (25-19, 25-19), Romeoville (25-22, 25-19), Larkin (25-16, 25-14), Lemont (25-17, 25-23), and Romeoville (25-19, 25-17) again in the championship game. Andrew Gleason paced the Storm with 44 kills throughout the 5 matches while also posting 16 digs. John Kuzelka added 82 assists and 14 digs while Ryan Pondel recorded 32 digs and 27 kills.
