Murray: Keith-Seabrook pairing benefits Hawks

Q. Your thoughts on Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook being reunited for Game 2?A. Joel Quenneville feels very comfortable with that pairing. It's a comfort zone to have those two guys playing together because they've played together for so many years. They're confident that pairing back there can be a difference in a hockey game, not only defensively, but offensively as well. It changes the dynamics for Duncan Keith a little bit and maybe that will free him up to be more effective.Does Friday's loss show just how much Brian Campbell is missed on the blue line?A. For all the naysayers and the negatives of Brian Campbell's game that people talked about, the positives are something the Blackhawks miss. Here's a guy that can not only pass the puck out of trouble, he can skate the puck out of trouble. That's something they were missing and that's why they split up Seabrook and Keith. It's a guy that the Blackhawks really miss at this point in the season.Any positives coming out of Game 1?A. There were a lot of positives. In any playoff series you have to have good net presence and I thought the Blackhawks did that fairly well in the first two periods. There were rebounds there, there were Blackhawks players in the area, but it just didn't seem like the puck was bouncing toward where they were. They had (Nashville goalie) Pekka Rinne a little uncomfortable at times. What do you expect to see done differently by the Hawks tonight?A. I don't know if you can change much. You're certainly not going to get anything different from Nashville. They threw everything that you expected at the Blackhawks. There were no surprises: they come hard, they work hard, they backcheck hard, they track the puck hard. That's how you win hockey games. The Blackhawks uncharacteristically made some mistakes. I think frustration set in and that's something the Blackhawks will have to be aware of tonight. They can't get frustrated. They have to be patient. If not, that's when Nashville will be most effective. You can hear Troy Murray's analysis on every Blackhawks radio broadcast on WGN AM-720
