H1N1 clinic in Schaumburg

The village of Schaumburg is offering an H1N1 flu clinic for adults age 18 and older, from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 19 at the village's Nursing Division Building at 521 E. Schaumburg Road.

Appointments are required; call (847) 923-3764 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The immunization is free, but a doctor's prescription is required for pregnant women. For current information on the village's flu clinics, call the hotline at (847) 923-3762.
