Wheaton nanny accused of child porn distribution
FBI agents say a Wheaton man employed as a child-care provider has been arrested for the alleged distribution of child pornography.
Robert Grant, Special Agent in Charge of the Chicago FBI office, said Friday that 22-year-old Lubos Albrecht was arrested without incident Wednesday at the Wheaton home where he worked as a live-in nanny.
Albrecht was charged Thursday with one felony count of distribution of child pornography.
Grant said agents had been investigating Albrecht since December. At the time of Albrecht's arrest, agents seized a laptop computer that contained approximately 6,000 images and videos of what appeared to be child pornography.
Albrecht was being held without bond at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago pending a court appearance next Monday.
Grant did not know whether Albrecht had an attorney.
