The DuPage Water Commission general manager has resigned, the commissioners have agreed to give him a severance package of $90,000, and they're also paying the accrued vacation time and medical coverage for one year.
Let's see how this works. The man spends $89 million accidentally - $19 million here, $30 million there, $40 million over there, and then resigns, and the commissioners give this man a severance package for a job well done.
People of DuPage, let's see who is the dumbest of the groups, the politicians and the water commission, or the people who use the water from this commission.
