Elburn church to host turkey dinner

St. Gall Catholic Church is hosting the 127th annual St. Patrick's Day turkey dinner.

The dinner will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 14 at the parish hall, 120 W. Shannon St. in downtown Elburn.

The sit-down family-style dinner will include turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, corn, green beans, coleslaw, cranberries and bread. Dessert is also included in the price and includes famous pies, cookies and cakes made by our own parishioners.

Cost is $10 for adults, $7 for seniors, $4 for children, age 6 to 12, and under 5 are free. Carryout is available by calling the Legion Hall at (630) 365-6530 and the cost is $8 per order.
