Bataviabull; Derek R. Baston, 34, of the 44W300 block of Main Street, Elburn, was charged with criminal trespass to land at 5:31 p.m. Wednesday at Petland, 401 N. Randall Road, according to a police report.bull; Pedro Correa, 40, of the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle, was charged Wednesday with obstruction of justice, driving with a suspended or revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a defective windshield, driving with expired registration and failing to secure new vehicle registration, according to a police report. He was arrested at 8:56 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Wilson Street. Police discovered he was also wanted on warrants for failure to appear in court in Kane and DuPage counties.South Elginbull; Someone stole $150 from an unlocked car in the 2100 block of Sutton Drive sometime on Feb. 23 and 24, police said.
