One solution to unemployment

Everyone is crying, "I need a job now!" Here is a great way to get lots of people to work fast. The government should allow anyone who is eligible for Social Security to also be allowed to collect Medicare. I am sure many companies would love to get rid of us baby boomers and employ younger people for a third of our salary. Most of us are just hanging in waiting for age 65 for Medicare even though we could collect Social Security at 62.

Sure this would cost the government some money, but think of all the money that would be saved by getting people off the unemployment rolls. Once employed, these people would further stimulate the economy by purchasing gas, new clothes, lunches, cars, etc. If you agree with me contact Washington.
