Health care hurting the American spirit

Health care costs are rising at an alarming pace. Availability, especially to people with pre-existing conditions, is making Americans make career choices based on health needs, killing the spirit of risk taking and entrepreneurialship. We are paying more than anyone else in the developed world, and getting less than all. Can this be good for America?
