Sample ethnic cuisines at the Schaumburg Library

All ages are invited to sample a variety of international foods at the Ethnic Food Fest from 2-3:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 27, in the Rasmussen Room of the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg.

Foods donated by local restaurants and delis will be served by student volunteers from local high school international and cultural clubs. A fee of $2 per adult and $1 per child will be collected at the door. Proceeds will go to the high school clubs. Attendance is limited to 200. No registration.

Restaurants participating in the Food Fest are: Dan Thai, El Meson Mexican Cuisine, Gaylord Fine Indian Cuisine, India House, Indian Garden, Krystyna's Deli, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Pita House, Pompei, Priscilla's Ultimate Soul Food Cafeteria II, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Riccardo's, Smiling Buddha Szechwan & Mandarin Restaurant and Thai Garden.
