Life depends on health care reform
I'm 59, unemployed and am 16 months into COBRA. I have congestive heart failure and will be totally without health insurance in two months.
I'm beginning to think that I will never have a full-time job again. My age and my 40 years of experience seem to be working against me instead of being an asset. But without health insurance, I will probably die before I'm eligible for Medicare. My life depends on health care reform. I don't care what political party you're from and I don't care if you get re-elected. Just pass the bill.
Beware, Republicans and Blue Dogs - you can be replaced.
