No injuries in Lisle garage fire
No one was injured after a fire broke out in the attached garage of a Lisle house late Thursday.
Lisle-Woodridge Fire District officials still are trying to determine the cause of the fire reported at 11 p.m. at 6199 Hinterlong Court.
Fire officials said arriving firefighters spotted the small fire in the garage upon arrival and had the blaze under control within 10 minutes. Units were on the scene for an hour and 20 minutes performing salvage and overhauling duties in burned areas of the garage.
The house was not affected by the fire and the residents were allowed to return to their home after firefighters departed. Fire officials did not provide damage estimates.
