Whole Foods to open in Schaumburg May 5
Whole Foods Market has announced an official opening date of May 5 for its much anticipated 58,000-square-foot Schaumburg store near Woodfield Shopping Center and Streets of Woodfield.
The store is located next to the 26,200-square-foot Crate & Barrel store, which opened last Thursday. Whole Foods Market was founded in 1980 in Austin, Texas, and has grown to more than 270 locations across North America and overseas. The Woodfield-area store will be the first in Schaumburg.
Both Whole Foods and Crate & Barrel are at the southwest corner of Woodfield and Martingale roads.
