Obama's czars push abortion agenda
The abortion lobby is ecstatic that the Obama administration has assembled a team of committed pro-abortion appointees seeking to use their executive powers to promote taxpayer funding of abortion-on-demand.
Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services, has a long and radical pro-abortion-on-demand history. John Holdren, appointed Science "Czar," believes in compulsory abortion as a means of population control. Regina Benjamin, as Surgeon General, wants to force all doctors to learn abortion procedures, even if they are pro-life. Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State, is working to promote abortion, this time overseas. She has multiple ways in which she can use her authority to aid pro-abortion groups, especially to abortion providers like Planned Parenthood. This agency already receives millions of our tax dollars.
Melanie Vermeer, appointed to Office of Global Women's Issues, is expected to overturn pro-life statutes around the world. Nancy-Ann DeParle, White House Office of Health Reform and another "Czar," has a record of extreme pro-abortion views and will now be working with Kathleen Sebelius. Harry Knox is another Obama appointee to the Faith Based Advisory Council, who is very anti-Catholic.
Abortionists with their allies in Congress are pushing for repeal of the Hyde Amendment, which has for 33 years protected taxpayers from funding most abortions in our country. Another radical appointment that President Obama has made, is "Safe Schools Czar," Kevin Jennings, who has become a lightning rod of controversy because of his extensive and sordid history of promoting homosexuality to young students.
