Eggsperience restaurant to expand

Eggsperience Cafe, with locations in Bannockburn, Long Grove, Glenview and Naperville is expanding to Park Ridge.

The breakfast establishment signed a lease for 5,324 square feet at The Residences and Shops of Uptown Park Ridge, a $110 million mixed-use redevelopment project in Park Ridge.

The cafe is expected to open this spring. The family-owned restaurant first opened in 2005 in Bannockburn.

The restaurant is open daily offering a menu that includes whole-grain pancakes and benedict for breakfast, and hearty burgers and specialty paninis for lunch.
