Glass Mountain Capital moves to Schaumburg from Palatine
Glass Mountain Capital LLC and its collection arm GMC Credit Services announced it's moving its headquarters from Palatine to Schaumburg.
The move to the new building at 1930 Thoreau Drive, Suite 100, takes place during the next week, said spokeswoman Roxanne Bartley.
GMC Credit Services recovers delinquent receivables on behalf of its credit issuer and debt buyer clients in the financial industry. The new headquarters facility includes approximately 13,000 square feet of office space which can easily accommodate up to 150 agents, and first right of refusal on an additional 15,000 square Feet, Bartley said.
In order to maximize efficiency, the new facility will house Glass Mountain Capital's corporate headquarters, GMC Credit Services' operations center, training facility and back office functions in one convenient location. The company is moving from offices at 307 Rohlwing Road in Palatine.
"The new location provides us the facilities that Glass Mountain needs to keep our team highly motivated and productive, expand our client base and give our clients' the confidence that their customers' data is secure," said Chief Operating Officer Kevin Polk.
He added that the company is currently undergoing its SAS 70 Type II Certification and already achieved our PCI certificate. "Our time -tested policies and the new facility's security features will make audits go by smoothly," Polk added.
GMC Credit Services is a nationally licensed collections agency.
