Save Saab rally in Schaumburg Sunday

Those who fix, sell and drive Saabs are converging on the Schaumburg parking lot of Ikea with their Saabs and an assortment of signage at 12:30 p.m. Sunday to show their support for the brand.

The soon-to-be orphan needs a buyer if it is to be saved, as General Motors Corp. is threatening to shut it down. After assembling for a group photo, the cars will be taken on a 41/2 mile loop in the Northwest suburbs.
