A final amendment to health care bill

I would like Congress to add one more page to the 2,000 pages in the health bill. It would read that as soon as the 900 billion in cost doubles, every senator and congressman who voted for this bill must resign. An amendment to the Constitution would be added that there would be term limits for Congress. No more professional politicians! Also, no one could run for office unless they have had a real job in the private sector of business for 20 years. Maybe then these idiots would know how to run the economy.
