Deserves an apology for editorial cartoon

In the past year, on numerous occasions I have been called a racist for not voting for President Obama or supporting his policies.

Now, according to the editorial cartoon printed in the Daily Herald on Sunday, Nov. 29, I'm a Nazi because I don't support the Democrats' obscene health care disaster.

Anyone who missed this should look at the lower left corner of said cartoon to see what I am referring to.

I am glad that my 14 years as a U.S. Army Infantry officer supporting your First Amendment rights has made you feel free enough to insult me and millions of others in this way. Nothing less than a retraction and apology on your part could possibly make this right.

The Daily Herald is lucky my wife likes the sports section or they would have one less subscriber, which I would believe they can ill afford to have.
