Palatine chamber members 'Key' to success
Congratulations are in order for the Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce's 2009 Key to Success award winners.
Gerald Chapman, school board president of Palatine Township Elementary District 15, was named Member of the Year. Business Leader of the Year went to Jack Lloyd, Harris Bank's regional president for the Northwest suburbs. And Liz Noe, who helped organize countless festivals and events in Palatine, was picked as Volunteer of the Year.
The other winners were: Lavelle Law, Business of the Year; Costin Custom Communications, Emerging Business of the Year; and Palatine CERT and Rotary Club of Palatine, Community Organization of the Year.
Each will be recognized Jan. 21 at an awards and installation dinner.
