Secret service lapse puts trial in question
During the presidential dinner for the prime minister of India, the president and the Prime minister had uninvited guests, Michele and Tereq Salahi, the two were greeted by the president. Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan has been very apologetic, he says the agency that protects the president is "deeply concerned and embarrassed".
Mr. Sullivan has missed the point, his department put the president and the prime minister at harm's way. Mr. President my question for you is "if the best of the security service failed to protect you, can the rest of the country feel safe when the Guantanamo terrorists go on trail in New York?"
