Vote out those who support Obama plan

There is no doubt that the costs associated with our current health care system can be reduced. This includes both treatment and insurance. It is an unfortunate situation, however, that Obama and the team of socialists he has surrounded himself with are using the need to reduce cost as a means to put across one of the biggest scams our country has ever seen. The health care (?) plan his cronies in the Congress have presented is nothing more than a tool to further his objective to convert our capitalistic economy into a socialistic economy and, in the process, increase his power to control the American people.

To explain: The trillions of dollars Obama's plan will cost will do considerable if not irrecoverable damage to the American economy. The costs and penalties his plan imposes will cause many businesses to close. His plan will force people to buy insurance whether they want it or not and this is unconstitutional. The government insurance plan included in his health are package will eventually force our current private insurance companies out of business. They will not be able to compete with the government plan. Unfortunately, the taxpayer will be required to subsidize the cost of the government plan. Seniors will be heavily impacted because he will reduce their Medicare and Medicaid benefits. Our overall health care treatment will be degraded since treatment and medical care reimbursement will be controlled by the government and not by health care providers.

He plans to grant amnesty to illegals. He will then provide them with health care insurance that American workers will be forced to pay for in hopes that they, with the help of ACORN, will vote to re-elect him in 2012.

I find it hard to believe that intelligent people, especially our representatives in our Congress, have not been able to see through this scam. Many have supported the Obama plan along party lines regardless of the obvious consequences it will cause. They have totally ignored the alternate health care reform proposals that have been presented that will actually reduce the cost of health care and insurance. They have done this only because they have been presented by members of the opposite party. The alternate proposal includes common sense actions such as tort reform and the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines. These actions alone would drastically lower the cost of health care and insurance.

Wake up people! Take a good look at what Obama and his socialist followers are trying to do to our country. He must be stopped. Contact your representatives in Congress and let them know you don't want the Obama plan. More importantly, if they refuse to comply with the wishes of the American people, let's vote them out of office in 2010. By doing this we might be able to reverse the damage Obama has caused to our country up until now.
