Bears sign TE Kevin Brock to practice squad

The Chicago Bears signed TE Kevin Brock to the practice squad today. Brock signed with Carolina as an undrafted free agent out of Rutgers.

He was claimed off of waivers by the Jets on August 3rd and appeared in two preseason contests with New York before being waived on September 5th.

The 6-5, 255-pounder spent Weeks 2-7 of the regular season on the Pittsburgh Steelers practice squad.

The Bears had a practice squad spot available after RB Kahlil Bell was elevated to the active roster last Friday.
