Why no outcry for GOP health plan?

A lot of people are upset with Republican representatives for not supporting the democratic health care proposal. If totally unopposed, this legislation would not be enacted for five years.

The Republicans have a proposal that is much less complicated, costs nothing, and could be enacted immediately. It is not as overwhelming to the health care system as the Democratic option, but does address many of the problems we face. To those who want change now: Why is there no outcry for this idea, which the Democratic Party will not allow to be discussed in Congress?
