Scouting report A York assistant last year and, before that, head coach at Timothy Christian for 11 years, Powers inherits a DVC contender from Mark Lindo, who stepped down after 18 years at the helm. No area team has more frontcourt experience. The 6-foot-9 Hasse, committed to Austin Peay, is a third-year player who averaged 8 points and 8 boards last year. The 6-7 McNicholas and O'Shaughnessy return 10 points and 5 rebounds. LaCosse and Griffin provided a boost with their promotion to varsity midway through last year. If Bushman and Griffin succeed on the perimeter, it could be a special season. "If we can get everyone on the same page, we'll be in good shape," Powers said.
