RE/MAX American Dream offices move

WAUCONDA - RE/MAX American Dream of Wauconda has relocated to a new office at 1120 N. Rand Road and is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its founding. The Rand Road location will increase the visibility of the office, an important consideration in the highly competitive metropolitan market. Twelve sales associates and a three-person support staff moved into the newly completed facility. The relocation was triggered by the sale of the building that housed the previous office, 173 Thomas Court, to a neighboring nursing home that wanted additional space. The new office occupies part of what was previously a design center for homebuilders, said RE/MAX owner Pattie Palzet-Taylor.
