2 Crystal Lake business hit in liquor sting

During an undercover alcohol compliance check in Crystal Lake Thursday, city police busted two businesses out of the 20 they checked for providing alcohol to a minor.

Arrested were Buffalo Wings and Rings employee Tina L. Dakessian, 47, of the 0-100 block of Penny Lane, Barrington, and LaRosita employee Maria Guerrero-Rodriguez, 35, of the 100 block of Greenfield Avenue, Crystal Lake.

Each were charged with sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The Illinois State Police assisted with the investigation.
