Roselle shop celebrates 5 years

How Sweet It Is Ice Cream and Candies Inc. in Roselle is celebrating its fifth anniversary this month in downtown Roselle at 35 E. Main St.

To celebrate, the store will offer 50 cent single scoop cones from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, as well as free sample bags of gourmet popcorn. All month, owner Phyllis Cichon has been selling small soft-serve cones for 99 cents.
