We won't swallow a plan we don't like

President Obama's persistent and consistent speeches on his proposed health care reform remind me of my mother constantly telling me that Brussels sprouts were good for me. If his plan was the answer to all of our health care woes, he wouldn't have to tell us every day how good it is for us. I still don't eat Brussels sprouts.

There has got to be something out there, maybe not quite as good for us, that we can swallow. Maybe someone can propose that they reform first, expand second.
