Don't give felons voice on front page

Just wondering, what kind of convicted felons do the Daily Herald promote on their front page to espouse their rambling, excuse-laden justifications and whinings?

I'm sure there's more than a few that would like the opportunity. Do they have to be just locally connected, or will anyone who will sell newspapers work just fine for your publication?
