Our government should get a clue

This new world of ours scares the heck out of me. I sit here and try to figure out what we're doing. The only thing I can figure out is that we have no clue. Or should I say our government has no clue. I watch what our new administration is doing, and I'm confused.

The reason I'm confused is this: We have a radical new attorney general who says that this country is still a racist country. My confusion with that statement is this: We have a black president, we have black attorney general... obviously we aren't so racist that they were not placed into positions of power. While I did not vote for Mr. Obama, I have no alternative but to call him our president, because that is what he is. I do not care for his politics, and I really don't like his ideals, but he is the man in the big white house, therefore he is my president as well.

However, we really need to take a closer look at Attorney General Holder. While he obviously has some very radical views, he seems to have no clue. He wants to charge the very people who have spent the last eight years keeping us safe from terrorist attacks. He wants to investigate the CIA and all operatives that may have waterboarded detainees. He wants to go after anyone that might have been mean to a suspected terrorist, forget the fact that the radical Islamists would do far worse to any one of us.

Here is my question Mr. Holder: What about ACORN? There are now three videos showing ACORN using MY tax money to help a suspected prostitute and pimp to fraudulently obtain a low income home loan to establish a house of ill repute. Not only that, but to give these undercover people tips on avoiding the IRS, as well as helping them to figure out a way to bring in underage girls from central america? What else have they helped other people to figure out? Maybe how to establish drug houses, and what other illegal activities are they aiding in? Now let's also look at the fraudulent voter registration, such as helping Mickey Mouse to register to vote hundreds of times. Yet Mr. Holder must not see this as a problem, after all ACORN is a community action group.

This new president of ours has too many roots into community action groups, perhaps this is why ACORN has been given a free pass. This new attorney general seems to only want to go after the previous administration, and he ignores the stupidity that exists in Washington RIGHT NOW. I would LOVE to see this administration get off their rear end and look into ACORN officially, and to actually put together a bipartisan panel to investigate ACORN from the ground up. It makes me wonder why the administration is so quiet about ACORN. What does Mr. Obama have to hide, if anything? They seem to forget that they are supposed to answer to us, after all it is OUR tax money and it is OUR country.

The Census Bureau figured it out. They severed ALL ties to ACORN so that the new census would be more accurate, amid fears that people would not cooperate with the census takers. They at least showed some common sense. Maybe they can infuse the rest of the administration with common sense as well.
