Easiest way to kill capitalism

It appears that the words of two past political luminaries come to mind as our local and national politicians keep scrambling to keep coming up with new taxes to plug up budget shortfalls to cover the problems they created in the first place. It was Ronald Reagan who said, "Government does not solve problems, it subsidizes them."

And it was Karl Marx in his Communist Manifesto who said, "The easiest way to kill capitalism is to tax it out of existence."
