Three questions

1. Will it be more of the same for Barrington in the Mid-Suburban League?

The Fillies have won 14 consecutive MSL girls' tennis titles, and return four state qualifiers from last year. It will be tough to prevent them from a 15th straight title, but Buffalo Grove has three state qualifiers returning in Ashton Nisbet, Heather Nisbet and Nell Boyd, so can the Bison be the team to end Barrington's run?

2) Could the state meet be a who's who of the area?

Sixteen area players qualified for last year's state meet. Thirteen (Dodge, Linden, Crowley, Pierce, Nisbet, Nisbet, Boyd, Loughery, Martini, Lipov, Duggan, DiVito and Walsh) return this year, how far can they go?

3) The year of the senior?

Throughout the area, talented senior players are aplenty. Of those 13 returning state qualifiers, 11 are now seniors, and more seniors are sure to put together stellar seasons. What will this gifted class of athletes do in its final year on the courts?
