Public gets chance to comment on RTA budget

The RTA will host a series of public hearings to discuss the 2010 budget, provide updates on state and federal capital funding and review recommended projects.

In McHenry County, the meeting will be at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, at the McHenry County Government Center Administration Building, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

In Kane County, the meeting will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, at The Centre of Elgin, 100 Symphony Way, Elgin.

The Suburban Cook County-North meeting will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, in the board room of the Pace Headquarters, 550 W. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights.
